Fees and Charges
-
Boarding fees are
charged as daily rates and include day of arrival and day of
departure.

We charge Day in Day out
unless collected by 10am on day of pick up.

All fees are GST
inclusive and must be paid in full on departure.

Other payment
arrangements will apply in the case of long-term stays.
Payments must be made by cash or cheque. No EFTPOS facilities
available.

Discount for multiple or
long stay cats not available over the Christmas period.
-
During the Christmas
period we charge for day in and day out. (No discount for early
pick up.) Our Christmas period is from the 15th December through
to the 15th January. Our charge rate for the Christmas period is
$12 per night.

Bookings for, Christmas
and New Year will be subject to a deposit of 50% of the total
accommodation cost.
Cattery Hours
-
Monday to Friday 9.00am
to 10.00am and 4.30pm to 6.00pm. By prior arrangement
within these hours.

Saturday and Sunday by
prior arrangement.
-
Public Holidays by prior
arrangement. Closed - Christmas day, New Years Day, and Easter
Sunday.

While we endeavour to be
reasonably flexible with pick up and drop off times outside
these hours it cannot be guarantied.

We welcome inspection
but please ring first before visiting to arrange a time outside
our cleaning and feeding times.
Health
-
All cats must be
inoculated for cat flu and feline enteritis.
-
A current veterinary
certificate must be produced on arrival.

We reserve the right to
refuse any cat that, in our opinion, appears to be suffering
from any infectious or contagious disease.
-
All male cats over the
age of eight months must be neutered.
-
All cats must be
regularly treated for worms and fleas, and preferably treated
two weeks before coming to the cattery. We reserve the right to
check and treat your cat for fleas and worms to prevent an
infestation in the cattery. The owner shall be responsible for
all costs incurred.

We reserve the right to
refer cats for veterinary attention should this, in our opinion,
be necessary. The owner shall be responsible for all costs
incurred.
Liability
-
All possible care and
attention is given to every cat in our care.
-
Responsibility can only
be accepted at the owner's risk.

The proprietors do not
accept liability for illness, disease or accident.
-
Authority must be given
to release your cat to another person.
-
These terms and
conditions are in place for the protection of your cat.
Things to Remember to Bring or Arrange
-
Current vaccination
certificate for cat flu and feline enteritis.
-
Assurance that your cat
is regularly treated for worms and fleas, and preferably treated
two weeks before coming to the cattery.

Any prescribed
medication - enough for your cat's stay with us.
-
Any pertinent medical
information, e.g. seizures, allergies, or other special health
concerns.

Sufficient food for any
special diet and written feeding instructions.
-
Bedding - we provide a
bed and bedding but you are welcome to bring a small blanket or
favourite toy. (Familiar "smells from home" can help settle your
pet in new surroundings.)

case we need to contact you.

An alternative emergency
name and number for our records.

Payment by cash or
cheque on departure.
